Take me out to the ball game..... or games as the case maybe.

Baseball is in full swing at the Shockey house.

This is just one of many fields we will be spending a lot of time visiting this summer as all five boys are in baseball and t-ball this year. That gives us six and a half teams. (Colin is sometimes playing with the 11's skills team when they need subs) Both Liam and Colin have been practicing and playing with a skills team since February and games began at the end of March for the skills teams. Where the in house/regular season team season opened last weekend. We had games on Saturday from noon to 4:00 and Sunday our games started at 2:00 and ended about 8:00 at night. It was a long, beautiful weekend and a great start to the season!

Colin just tagged the runner out at third during his in-house season opener.

This year Daddy is coaching Colin's majors in-house team. Colin is very excited! Daddy is a little nervous.

Tristan loves the game it's great to see his growth the past few years and watch him become a leader on his team.

Liam is on the Oklahoma State (OSU) team in his division this year. It's a good thing my favorite color is orange because we sure have a lot of orange jerseys this season.

Liam ready at second base playing his with his OSU team.

Liam focused on striking the batter out.

We have two little boys that are both very excited to be starting their little league careers! Declan and Grayson had their first t-ball practice last Saturday and they were both had a great time.

Declan practicing his hitting and base running.

He turned around to be sure I saw he made it to first base.

Grayson and Declan working on fielding.

Grayson focused on his hitting.

So we begin our summer 2016 baseball season with five boys six teams and a whole lot of fun lined up. If you're looking for us we will be at the ballpark.
